The most advanced of our adult teams, the "Council Oak Bells" is a 5-octave group made up of experienced ringers. They will be featured December 7 at the annual RING NOEL event. This team recorded for the 2nd time with Alfred Publishing Company on February 9 and will do so again in 2009. They performed in April 2008 at the UNITED METHODIST GENERAL CONFERENCE in Fort Worth and were featured June 22 at the Area IX AGEHR (American Guild of English Handbell Ringers) Festival Conference in Austin. Council Oak Bells participates annually in two full-day retreats.
