Children's Choirs
The Children's Choirs at First Church are fun! They provide opportunities for singing and acting for children in pre-school through 5th grade. There are three different groups based on age.
Treble Makers (3 and 4 years of age)
Treble Makers is the choir for our youngest singers. Children who are are 3 or 4 years old (as of September 1st of the current school year) rehearse during a segment of Sunday School on Sunday mornings. This group will have the opportunity to perform during worship services at least once during the year. This choir is under the direction of Bernie Clifford and Susan Nieves.
SUPER SUNDAYS!!
Cherub Choir (K - 3rd grades)
Rehearsal is 2:00 to 2:45 on Sunday afternoons.
Children in Kindergarten through 3rd grade are in this group which sing during Sunday morning worship services on occasion and participate in the presentation of a musical in the spring. They also sing at special service times during the fall and spring. This choir is under the direction of Angie Smith, a music teacher at Forest Creek Elementary in the Round Rock ISD.
Carol Choir (4th - 6th grades)
Rehearsal is 1:15 to 2:00 on Sunday afternoons.
Children in 4th through 6th grades comprise this choir which will perform during Sunday morning worship services on occasion as well as present a spring musical. There are also opportunities for this choir to perform at special services in the fall and spring. This choir is under the direction of Angie Smith. To sign up, please click the link below.
