Walk Through Bethlehem
It isn’t a play. It isn’t a pageant. It is encountering Christ and the mystery of Christmas the way we believe it all began.
Come and bring your family and friends to Walk Through Bethlehem on December 13 between the hours of 10 am and 2 pm. You will be greeted by Roman soldiers and escorted to the Census Taker's Office. From there you can experience a self-guided tour of what we think the village of Bethlehem might have been like on the night of Jesus' birth. The marketplace shops include a bakery, mosaics, basket making, grain grinding , a blacksmith as well as several other trades people of the time. This is an interactive "hands on" event for children and their parents.
Admission is free!
We will be accepting donations of infant and toddlers diapers, new children’s socks and underwear in all sizes for the Rainbow Room of Williamson County Child Welfare Board.
Enjoy a quiet time away from the shopping and planning of the holidays as we bring the Christmas Story to life making this a family tradition for you and our community.
Invite your friends and neighbors. Plan now to be part of this special event!
This event is planned for outdoors on the church campus. Please dress for the weather. Should it be necessary, the event will move indoors.
