Committee Assignments- There will be 2 co-leaders assigned to be the contact person (POC) for each committee. As many people as want to can be on a committee.

Media - 2 co-leaders Robert Page / Robert Justice

• Responsible for taking pictures at social events, printing pictures and posting to class bulletin board

Pat Harvey-Slager / Tim Lovas

• Maintain current information on bulletin board.

Michael Heath

• Posting and Maintenance of website information and email subscription lists.

• Obtain audio/ visual equipment for teaching committee

• Provide information/ PR to church-wide bulletin /website. Contact church when we need to publicize events and information from our class.

1. Migrate content from current site to the church’s web content manager
2. Evaluate the use of another service for the class website, Yahoo Groups and Google groups. Private content and photos will be placed here. Publich data will be posted on the church F&S website.
3. Once the website stuff is stable, develop a training session for others in the class to edit and post content, calendar of events.
4. Sync up with Hospitality regarding the content of the newcomer welcome sheet. Content in the sheet should also be reflected on the website.
